He is an Honorary Senior Lecturer, with 40 peer reviewed publications, 12 book chapters, and editor of Pelvic Cancer Surgery – Modern Breakthroughs and Future Advances. He does active research into ovarian, endometrial and cervical cancer.

He was Pathway Director for Gynaecology for London Cancer 2012-17, Chair of the Gynaecology tumour board for the North London Cancer Network 2001-2009, Clinical Director for Women’s Health at UCLH 2009-2012, Lead for gynaecological oncology UCLH 2001-2009 and Lead for colposcopy at UCLH 2009-2014.
